A Journey of growth

Ireland's largest indigenous provider of soft services

Back in 1988, owner and Chairman Trevor Annon started Mount Charles as a humble catering company. Three decades, and 3,000 employees later, we’re now one of Ireland’s largest indigenous support service powerhouses! Providing a full range of catering, cleaning, events, and vending services, and passing on to our clients the cost savings and improved productivity that comes from working with a single supply partner.

But we offer more than just facilities management support. Infused with our core family values, today more than ever, we’re steadfast in our mission to develop great people, provide great service, and build a great future together.
