Translink Trains recognised the importance of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across their extensive train fleet to enhance customer experience. They sought a comprehensive cleaning service that would ensure cleanliness and hygiene throughout their network.

Mount Charles Group, with their proven track record in providing top-tier cleaning services across various sectors including transport, was awarded this significant contract.
The cleaning service involves a dedicated team of 80 cleaning operatives working tirelessly 363 days a year to ensure cleanliness on trains and at eight regional hubs, extending to Enterprise trains connecting Lanyon Station in Belfast to Dublin’s Connolly Station.
This collaboration has had a positive economic influence on Northern Ireland, acting as a catalyst for business growth and job creation within the region.
