Mount Charles Group’s recent senior appointments mark an exciting phase of expansion across the island of Ireland. Mount Charles Group has unveiled key changes in its leadership team, signalling a strategic move towards heightened business growth. With a workforce of over 2,700 individuals, the company stands as one of Northern Ireland’s prominent independent providers of catering, cleaning, events, and facilities management services. Additionally, it offers a diverse range of business solutions, encompassing security and vending services.
The newly appointed Group Commercial Director, Gary Doyle, brings over three decades of invaluable business experience to Mount Charles. Gary will take the lead in driving the company’s sales strategy across Ireland.
Joining him is Barry O’Hara, the new Operations Director for the Republic of Ireland, who boasts a robust background in catering, hospitality, facilities management, and sales. Barry will oversee the operational aspects of all Mount Charles sites in the Republic of Ireland while contributing to the organisation’s overall business growth.
Moreover, the company has appointed Gavin Annon, a longstanding member of the Mount Charles family and the Group Sales and Marketing Director since 2017, to the position of Chief Strategy Officer. Gavin will play a key role in developing and implementing varied business strategies across Mount Charles. In addition, he’ll strengthen the company’s culture and values, both internally and externally, while crucially driving forward the ambitious ESG plans.
